We DO NOT sent unsolicited email to our customers. If you have received an unsolicited email, please report it to us using the contact form on this site, or by forwarding us the message at spoof@maddepot.com as this might be a spoof (fake or fraudulent email), however we do suggest that you first log in to your ‘My Account’ section and check to see that your mail preferences are indeed set to ‘No Newsletter’ If you have opted-in to our newsletter when you initially registered or later on when updating your personal data in the ‘My Account’ page, then we may send you periodic newsletters and special promotions.
